He started in the advertising industry some 24 years ago and has been working with brand strategy and creative solutions for some of the largest brands in the world. Lars is a CFO with a focus on technology-driven businesses, business development and growth. He has an extensive career as an advisor to Scandinavian and international companies, including several years as a partner with an Oslo based consultancy focusing on finance and strategy execution.

Thomas is the Executive Chairman and the initial founder of NoA. Before this, he has held various management positions in digital, marketing, design and media on a national and international level. Sidsel is the Head of Group Communications & PR at NoA. Prior to joining the agency family, she spent more than a decade in the music industry, bridging the gaps between culture and business at Sony Music and TIDAL, while serving as a board member at a music venue. She holds a master’s degree in Management of Creative Business Processes from Copenhagen Business School and has attended an MBA program at the City University of New York – specializing in internet marketing, corporate advertising, and global business. She is passionate about managing strategically focused creativity in an international, fast-paced, and collaborative setting.

Anders is Group Finance manager in NoA focusing on financing, reporting, M&A and business development. Prior to joining NoA, he worked in investment banking for 6 years focusing on financing and transaction advisory within business services and technology. Double Degree in MSc Finance from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and MSc Strategy & Management from Louvain School of Management.
